Just received this deal from Anker, So I thought I would share it.
I have a smaller version of this and I carry it with me all the time. A great bit of kit.
I have quite a few Anker products and they are excellent products. Look at the reviews for Anker products.

Enter coupon D588P2LR at checkout for £8 off

Monster capacity (15000mAh) charges the iPhone almost 7 times, large-capacity phones like the Galaxy S4 4 times or almost a full charge to an iPad 3 / 4. In terms of power, this is the biggest, baddest battery in the Anker® mobile line.

Super-fast charge output (5V / 3A total) through dual USB ports (5V / 2A and 5V / 1A) allow for simultaneous charging of your iPad, iPhone, Android, and more at high speed.

Smooth, ebony varnish allows you to power up in style, while 4 status LEDs keep you informed of remaining capacity. Built-in flashlight for dark or low-light environments.

Ultra-high density battery cells make this the world's most compact 15000mAh external battery. Use a 5V / 1.5A adapter (not included) for fastest charging (9-10 hours).

Package contents: Anker® Astro E5 External Battery, Micro USB cable, travel pouch, instruction manual.

Was looking for sometime. good deal but earlier it was available for £25 i missed it that time :( . voted hot as it is still a good deal
#2
I have it and think it's a great bit of kit. Charges my phone/pad on the go.
#3
Shame it doesn't come with a wall a adapter. Still a good deal.
#4
Great item, I've used mine in the past to charge 2 phones at once!

Lasts ages, but takes an age to charge itself!
#5
Does anyone know how long this would hold it's charge once it's been fully charged?
#6
on eBay you can get 50000mAh for £12 delivered, so if it's capacity you want, go for that. otherwise, Anker are packaged more attractively, and might be a little more durable, but still very overpriced.
#7
Hot, Samsung Cells! True 15000mah
#8
Got this but for about 17 off ebay -
#9

Can you share a link please? I'm after one solely for one or two festivals per year so £12 would do nicely. Assuming it's not likely to blow up or anything.

I use one of these, its great...4 outputs..... EasyAcc® 12000mAh Power Bank 4 USB 3.5A Output, http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B008YRG5JQ/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Have you tested them? I'm keen to find out of they perform in real life.
#13
Yeah the solar ones are pretty poor really - only half a charge.

I went to glastonbury this year and the Anker (15000mAh) one did me but did use my iphone as i would normally rather than just in emergencies - probably more due to the 3G data being so flaky and working overtime due to poor connection. I just left the phone on charge overnight from about 12% but was using it my iphone music overnight to drown out the background noises outside my tent!

Just something to be aware of

Hot from me. Have a 13000 one and it's absolutely excellent.
Now have it's bigger brother as well!
#16
Have this one also. Lasts for a good 3 iPhone5 charges. For those who say you can get more mAh for your money with other packs, you do get what you pay and in terms of feel and quality, Anker is ace. Plus their Customer Service on reviews seems to get praise also
#17
It takes ages to charge the bloody thing! Over 12 hours
#18
But heated as it does the job when you're out and about!

Anker products are good quality thanks will order x 2

50000mAh that is 14+ of the best 18650 3400mAh batteries, i am going to call **** on this one.

plenty of warnings of fake claims and ones filled with sand, buy from a reliable seller like amazon for a good brand name other wise prepare to be conned.

the cheaper ones on ebay are not anker and do not work as well as anker, anker are market leaders in these and well worth the extra money imho

Imagine I have to charge 3 devices at once. Could I plug a USB hub into one of the 2 USB ports and charge 3 devices at the same time? Also, there's the 10000mAh, 13000mAh and 15000mAh at similar prices, is it best to go for the 15000mAh?

Buy a branded one, you won't get anywhere near the stated capacity on the cheap Chinese ones.

Been after a high-capacity power bank for the festival season, was looking at the Xiaomi offerings but the dual-charge feature along with Ankers' brand reputation has swung this for me. Heat given, thanks for the hint OP!
#35
Just ordered and code accepted.

Many thanks for the post - heat added !

I have one and would recommend it. The add led flashlight has come in handy too. It puts a bit of weight on when you are travelling, but hey who needs shoes... :)
