Should possibly run it at low resolutions, but the chipset is only designed for low level entry graphics.

most of these THQ deals are pretty good, but I picked up the THQ pack when they did the whole bundle for £26 about a year ago, that was ridiculously good value for money.

Glad to hear that Torchlight is good. Titan Quest was fantastic as was Diablo II so I am hoping I'll like Torchlight.

yeah torchlight was a pretty good game, good modding community as well, but i didnt think it was worth its price tag. I waited till it came down in price.

The weekend deal is meant to be horror games, it's meant to be something to do with L4D being released on Mac and that it's halloween.

Well last year what they did is for the whole of halloween is have a different game every hour i believe, but that was only one day, not the weekend. I remember loads of people getting gift versions of TF2 for £2.50 and banging them on ebay.

use this link to roughly check, there is from memory a little file to dl so it can check your hardware.

enter the game name and it will run a check, against the spec you have and the spec they have listed for the game's.

its not full proof,it just gives you an idea what the sytem requirements are thats all.

loving it so far, seems to be running fine all settings to high,on my dell studio,,first time ive used steam,i notice you have to have the steam program running to play the game.

it gives you the choice to register with THQ,is there any reason you need to do this?

Thanks gambe1984, this is a great price for an often-overlooked game. Great value! We've featured this deal on Dealspwn, HUKD's gaming blog.

You dont have to register the game with THQ no, its just part of steams agreement with 3rd party software providers. But as its a digitally provided product, steam does indeed have to be running to ensure you have rights to use it. Its kinda like DRM but not in the same manner.
