Looks like the Titanfall 1 listing with the wrong boxart to me, can see Titanfall 2 listed at £27.99 preowned separately.

Nothing but a trip back to game to lose within 14 days...or is it 28 now?

Just about to pay until I noticed there's no 2 in the title.

In the description it states:

"Please note: Titanfall on Xbox One requires an Xbox Live Gold Membership to play."

So it's the old 1

No 2 in the title and the "New" price is £10.98. Definitely Titanfall 1 with the wrong box art.
#5
Yeah, that's definitely just the original game - the only thing suggesting that it's the sequel is the boxart, but the title, description, etc., are all for the original.

He also spoke about 3rd party sellers .Now I think about it I looked online then and it says something similar . But I swear the games I bought were from game .xcom 2 game for £14.99 . Now I think back the game may have been form a 3rd party but I swear it wasn't . I think he said something like because a lot of games are sold from 3rd party sellers there changing there policy on returns .

My point is that it sounds like you got fobbed off by staff who didn't know and/or want to apply the returns policy properly - I've linked you to the page explaining that you *can* return items in-store, so long as you meet the conditions outlined there; this is also in their website T&Cs.

Ah, well if it was from a marketplace (third-party) seller, that would certainly be a reason why they'd not accept an in-store return, but otherwise they still should do - as per my post just above.

with game One time they want the order email number or want see an email another time just the receipt is good enough. The guy wasn't some unhumble scrout like a lot of them who work in game . What makes u think I was fobbed of ? Maybe the staff where you are aren't as clued up and have not yet realised how it has all changed . I don't really care I got my money back etc . The link your provided well that's game for you not updating there website .

Yep - see the comments above. The text and title on the listing is also just for the original game. I'd suggest cancelling it now if you can, as they won't usually cover return postage.

It's just the image that's wrong - take a look at the rest of the details and you'll see that it's for the original game.

Some you can, some you can't - I assume that it depends on how far in the future the order is for and/or whether processing has begun. As this is an in-stock item, I assume that it went straight into processing, so couldn't be cancelled.

As a quick update for the benefit of others who may be reading - I returned a couple of online orders in-store today (direct from GAME, paid using credit card), no questions asked.
