Titanium Framed Eyeglasses from £9.90 delivered at Goggles4u
They have a lot of cheap frames at this site in the £4.95 price range, but I found this pair of TITANIUM frames on almost the last page. Add £1 for single vision lenses and £3.95 for shipping and you have natty space age specs for under a tenner. Or you can pay more for coated lenses (£2) or fancy lightweight high-index material ones (up to £28) to make full use of the light weight aspect of the frames.
I bought some with the clunky lenses but coated for £10.90 all in. They are posted from Pakistan, so it does take awhile.

i had some the first year they opened, arrived wrapped in cotton wool, bubblewrap,. the glasses case, more bubble wrap then a hessian small sack with a wax seal on the back !
gutted they make you pay in £ not $ now as its nearly doubled the price of the higher index lenses and chromic ones...
i even tried using a proxy site but couldnt get it to process properly
good frames prices though
I placed an order earlier this week. came to just over £70 but I got
frame £4.95 with photochromic lenses and anti scratch coating£19.00
and
frame £4.95 and with 1.67 high index (superslim) lenses with UV and anti scratch coatings £28.00
total inc Express delivery £71.90
wouldnt get ones i like, with either of those lenses for anywhere near that at spec savers et al

obv thats your personal experience... did you get an RMA or pay via paypal ? could have done a chargeback... but the live chat is usually very good or they can ring you via their site
never had a problem personally only that their frames go out of stock quite quickly so when i browse in advance and find one i like then go back its usually out of stock and discontinued.

But the titanium one at the top is still showing in stock today.
