  i havent got it out the box yet, we bought a house that we get tomorrow! so leaving it boxed up till then.

  These are junk. I've had two and both have failed. Buy cheap buy twice has never been more true with this tat.

  Agreed. These plastic armed chairs usually fail in one of two places.
  Either the arm breaks, there is a weak spot on the front corner, where the bolt goes through. I've had two chairs fail that way, and as the arms are the only thing holding the back in place, once they fail the chair is useless, because the back is hanging off.
  
  Or the base will break. I've had a few break across one of the 'arms' of the base, but they were all the same chair, so possibly a bad casting.

  I sat on it, it wasnt very comfortable...but good for the price!
