Great price - next cheapest seems to be £17.99. :thumbsup:

good price, shame its mediocre game

Good spot, heat added. :) However there was no "Was". £39.99 is the RRP, not the price that this item was previously being sold for at Play, which is what "Was" implies.

but it does say save £30.00 which implies it was £39.99

I think what nightswimmer is saying though - companies like Play never charge the RRP on things like this, it's just a ploy to make you think you're saving more than you actually are. All sites do it though, not just Play. Basically, you never would have had to pay £39.99 for this at any point before. :)

Yeah, it's marketing speak, used to imply that you are saving more than what you actually are. ;-)

I don't know to be honest, but looking at the prices it can be had for elsewhere, I would guess it was around the £18 - £24 mark.

Buy this if you haven't already got it, it is an excellent game albeit more suited for kids!

It's been various prices over the last few of months - £14.99 and as low as £11.99 around Christmas but I haven't kept an eye on it recently.

Quite a detailed review here:

http://uk.gamespot.com/wii/action/tmntthemovie/review.html

The Good

* Platform-heavy gameplay that's interestingly designed
* Attractive art style
* Solid voice work.

The Bad

* Camera and controls conspire to make some sequences overly obnoxious
* Combat is dumb as a stump
* Motion-sensing controls are worthless
* Looks identical to the GameCube version.

£10 trade in at CEX so worth a try!

Plus 40p Quidco aswell. Suppose it's better than a kick in the teeth at least!

The game is like the recent Prince Of Persia games but for kids, although its a 12+ rated game.
