Saw these yesterday in my local poundland,(stockton) these things are excellent for making toasties in your toaster and can be reused upto 100 times.

Good deal as they are £2.99 in Asda, Morrisons etc

These are pretty sweet actually, far less hassle than a breville although you cant get as much inbetween your bread.

By the way, how are Poundland gonna tackle the price drop on VAT lol

ninetysevenandahalfpence land doesnt have the same ring

These are great and if you pop them in some hot soapy water, they just wipe clean.

Buy a bag of longlife croissants, pack of Emmental, pack of ham all from Lidl; cut croissants in half add some thin slices of cheese and a couple of slices of ham. Put into toastie pockets and pop in toaster for a very tasty snack!

This pic makes me believe you have to cut it in half yourself! This would force people to half cut instead of Triangle, and that is just Toasted sandwich blasphemy!

I was hoping he/she was being sarcastic, and I think I can safely say and agree with you that your listing would have inevetibly been £1, since purchasing from POUNDLAND lol :w00t:

Turns out im wrong seems Rich_G enjoys freezing people's posts! Some people eh

No pleasing them :?:

Got some of these some time ago from Kleeneze. Work very well and are easy to keep clean. As others have pointed out you can't put too much filling in as it won't fit in the toaster.

For a pound they are a bargain. :)

your toter must be wide to get a croissant in :?
#28
All these bargains, soon enough, these stores will be paying us to take them away.
#29
:thumbsup:cheese and red onion mmmmmmmmm

I would not be able to fit 2 slices of bread in my toaster even without the filling, I have not seen any toasters with slots that wide.
#31
The Lidl croissants aren't that big (they come in a bag of 10 for a pound something) and 2 fit in one toaster bag, you do need to push them a bit. Squash the bag a bit and it does go into a standard toaster - they come out a bit like paninis but taste scrummy!
#32
Love these toastie bags. Quick and easy.

This is fab ,we use a lot of these. My daughter has celiacs and can't have even the tiniest bit of wheat They mean she can have toast at other peoples houses (using her own bread of course) At 2.99 it was getting expensive but I can stock up on them.

I do find one side toasts better than the other tho!

Pocket the difference (less corporation tax) I'd expect.
The same as shops which normally price goods at £xx.99.

Great price - my Ma bought me two a while back and this post reminded me I had them because I wanted to toast some pine nuts - they were superb for my pesto! No messing around with the grill - toasted in under 3 minutes - fantastic!

I don't really have a poundland that I go anywhere near so if anyone wanted to get some extra Karma over xmas and would be willing to send me five packets I'd be very happy to pay! PM me if you are willing! :)
