Oh please give it a break people.

Running windows vista with a 1.46GHz processor, you will grow old an keil over after using this laptop for a while, you wont notice at first because u will be excited by your new computer but eventualy you will see you cannot run vista with such a poor processer.

Rubbish. Its not a bout the GHz, which goes to show you shouldn't rush to make such uneducated comments. It's a dual core, so while it has the smaller cache compared to the better Core2Duo's, the CPU will cope with Vista home Premium just fine.

Quite agree....and it's got 2GB DDR2 so you don't need to add more RAM straight away, unlike many laptops.

It is only a saving of around £50 on what you can get ity for, but it's better than nothing!!

PS I want my Sony Vaio CR31!!

1.46GHz x 2 = 2.92GHZ

You telling me a 2.92GHZ (almost 3GHZ) can not run Windows Vista? (Even with 2GB RAM)

Not a great deal in my opinion but ok.

I ordered this laptop at £280! guess what?! they have messed up the discription.
Its got a T7300 core 2 duo processer 160gb harddrive and webcam..although it only has 1gb ram (which i will upgrade to 3gb at a cost of £30) Dolby Digital Live sound.
Did anyone else order this?
