Actually press the BUY BUTTON directly from the TODAY ONLY SECTION (and not the info link) and the item will be added to your basket at the advertised price.

Nice price.

Don't get a black one !!!!! It will show up every fingerprint and speck of dust.

We've just bought a similar smoked glass version after looking at the black glass stands and we're very happy with it. Glad we didn't go for the black version now.

Received mine today so thought I would give some feedback.

Firstly, the company, Scan. Dealt with everything very efficiently and kept me informed at every stage with e-mails. Ordered Tuesday, arrived today so very pleased with that (especially as I chose the free AVforums delivery).

I actually ordered two - one for my son and CityLink lived up to their usual standard by dropping one at the depot. I found this out when checking the online tracking (which said they had tried to deliver and I was out, which they hadn't and couldn't explain why it said this!). I thought I would wait until the packages arrived before contacing Scan, but they e-mailed me before the delivery came, explaining that CityLink had broken one and asking me if I wanted a replacement or refund.

I chose a replacement and they e-mailed straightback to confirm this.

So 10/10 for Scan and the usual 0/10 for CityLink.

The stand itself seems excellent value for money. It's not a high end £400 piece of kit and I didn't expect that. Some of the silvering on the columns is a little patchy, but it went together fine in about 15 minutes (a one person job to assemble, but you'll need two people to turn it over when complete - weighs about 45kg). The shelves are nice and thick and are made from safety glass.

It seems solid enough (hopefully will stay that way with new Samsung 50" on it!) and well worth the money. I'd struggle to get one of the glass shelves in safety glass for the price of the whole unit.

It's back up to around £60 now and I still think it's well worth that. There is another company selling it for £29 plus £17 delivery, but I have no experience of them.
