+1 - LOL

Actually, in our bathroom it WOULD rust very quickly coz of all the steam and damp from the shower

But as our toilet is in its own room, it shouldn't go rusty - heat added

Agreed. They also have a similar one in Morrisons for £2.

Plastics ones were 50p there yesterday.

yep mine went rusty!

Not for use by the mentally unstable - my batty aunt went clean round the bend when using one.

By the way, if it is 'stainless steel', it will not rust and can be kept clean more easily.

I got one last year form wilkos and it went rusty after first use! Being a toilet brush, the rust made it look like it was covered in [email protected] Avoid!!

Yeah, SS should mean it won't rust at all!

Had a metal one from M&S, it was painted white but rusted not long after first use. Use a white plastic one now that cost £2

It ain't the stainless housing that rusts...its the brush!! Like nearly every darned loo brush, the bristles are bedded in a mild steel wire inside (but not sealed in) the plastic body. Within a short time water and bleach and whatever attack the steel and turn the brush rust/p** coloured.
