Are toilets easy to swap over? I have been dying to get rid of the greeny colour one the old lady had in the house before we bought it off her.
But our money has gone onto my important things before this horrible colour toilet. If its an easy job then I may buy it and make the husband plumb it in.

Not the most pleasant job in the world, but if it was plumbed in , in a standard fashion (sp?) then yes, they are pretty easy to swap over. Usually just a link pipe between the base of the pan and the fixed outlet pipe.

Anywy, back to the puns,

This is a bit of a bum deal....

Whats the difference between these standard su £70 toilets and the more expensive toilets that can cost £100's? Do they warm the seat and wax/wipe your backside for you?

In computers a more expensive laptop/computer has a better design, faster cpu, more memory etc, so hows it work with toilets? Im asking because im looking to get a whole new suite (basin, bath, toilet and tiling for the walls and floor) for my bathroom and any pointers (colour schemes, vendors, things to consider) will help

I'd pay the extra £10 and buy the wickes one I've had mine for about a year and its been great

Excellent deal. If anyone's interested, I was in Homebase today and they were selling 3 piece white bathrooms for £50 (bath, loo, sink). They were in massive boxes as a set. They also had £1 white pedestals, £1 toilets etc and £3 and £5 white bath panels (long and short). I picked one up for £3 (from £38). It is likely to be store specific but worth a look. Didn't put it as a deal as likely to poo pooed for being store specific! I think B & Q did a similar thing last year. Anyway, worth a look if you're near one.

Yes but at least they're still in stock at Wickes - Argos one's not in stock in my area.

This is better than the Wickes deal, as you can use this for 16 days, and if not happy take it back.

HOT

Having looked at the pictures, this particular one looks a bit bog-standard...

When I read "Toilet To Go", I honestly thought this was some sort of portable toilet, I only clicked to see how you would store 'it' after using it "on the go".....i'm slightly disappointed now X)

All these jokes have been done on the other thread and they were terrible the first time.

More crap comes from posters than out of this toilet.
#31
Nothing to flip your lid over, even though I’ve never come across so many loos in one week. I knew this would just turn out to be a flash in the pan (although you could always ring).

The crap goes into the toilet, not out of it (I hope).

Where do you think it goes after it enters the toilet. Does it just stay there??
