Just incase anyone doesn't know, this uses Ubisofts flawed drm. It requires a constant connection to the internet, any loss to connection and you lose your game - no saves - nothing.

It's clear this is hurting sales, a little too clear, it almost seems as if they are engineering poor sales, I wonder what the goal could be.

Well worth mentioning that it has the now infamous Ubisoft DRM - so if your internet connection hiccups, or more likely the Ubisoft servers fall over you will be unable to play this game in Single Player mode.

Basically, it requires and always on internet connection.

Best to avoid all Ubisoft games until they patch this rubish DRM out IMO.

LOL - the DRM police are alive and alert ... :)

You could buy the game and download a pirate version with drm disabled. Perfectly Legal.
Or you could just download a pirate version...

Anyway has anyone tried this on an ati 3850 agp? says 3000 series not supported.

Actually that isn't legal, it is deemed to be illegal file sharing, and if you just download the no-cd patch it breaches the EULA Agreement you click past when installing - tho shall not alter or replace any of the files contained within this product clause.

It is interesting, as you are legally allowed to make a copy of any software or recorded material for your own use, but the DRM prevents you from doing this - this could be worth a legal challenge if you have a few million to burn.
