Rather than get it from Bargin crazy, i would suggest that you get it from dixons...

http://www.dixons.co.uk/dixons-price-match/

Make sure you get one thats brand new then - rather than old stock thats been sitting about!

Do your research mate! Dixons don't sell the Tomtom 510.

Opps, my bad, but were not mates!

Good price but you can get the latest model for not much more!
#4

So where can you get the better model stock from and how much for :)?

Try Googling TomTom 520 and TomTom 530

This may not be the latest model but it is new, comes with a two year warranty, bluetooth calling, large screen and house charger. As for the newer models they are far from perfect, roads built in the last 5-6 years haved not been mapped as yet, so your not missing much.
The only down point about the 510 is that it is slightly bulky compared to the newer models.

Mmmm tomtom offer free 30 days to get your tomtom up to date when you stick it onto home. Interestingly new maps for 2008 were relesed a few days (got i've mentioned that so many times now). Woould this be eligable for it as they may have been used before?

I would prefer it to a one as it is updatable to the newer software i think, but maybe only if they were the same price, ie about a hundred quid.

Old stock, the 520 is the current model and should be replaced by the 530 this month!

Unfortunately I could not wait as I bought a 720 last week for £187, but if you can hang in there until the middle of next month they should start coming down.

I suggest do not buy this, instead go for 520 much better, recently there was excellent deal here on HUKD. Big diff between 510 & 520, specs size looks
#12
Agreed, you can get a 520 for around £150 which is worth the little bit extra.
