Paid £24.50 with £10 off in tesco store yesterday. Gutted to see it's cheaper online but if it's OOS then not worth worrying about

Might be worth doing a separate thread. I would vote it hot. Just ordered from Amazon. Thanks

great price and great item

price has gone up at amazon now to 20.99 and if Tesco OOS - guess this can be expired?

Don't bother. I had one thar was dangerously innacurate each time I used it. The Braun thermoscan is much more accurate and the same as the GP uses.
#17
yes these are not very good unless they are older kids 9 plus

It is OOS

OOS, what a shame. Wish I could find the Braun version at a reasonable price.

I agree, we had one if these and I was convinced my son had a high temp when he was 8months old this thermometer read as if his temp was normal but he felt like he was burning up. Took him to the doctors and temp was over 39degrees got sent to hospital. These are very unreliable, I also use Braun thermoscan now as that's what the hospitals use, much more accurate.
