My wife is expecting so we are looking around for things, came across this today in Mothercare. Now, from my deal hunting, these are £30 everywhere else. So this is a good price!! Its a bit early for us to benefit from this deal as she is only 20 weeks gone, but some people can!

Don't waste your money.

Wilkinson’s do scented bags 250 at 70p or something does the job perfect.

Cold Vote.

hmm, right to an opinion. But I think by the looks of things, this is the most convenient option and at half the price? Not really cold.

Got a voucher for a free one of these from Argos in one of those bounty bags they give you in hospital. Looked at the price of the refills compared with simple old nappy bags and there is no comparison. Didn't even bother to go to Argos to pick it up. Perhaps when baby is on solids and the nappies get a bit smellier then could be a good buy if you are in a flat or something but for a newborn I wouldn't bother. Keep you money for something else on HUKD !!

lol! - some people I think like this kind of thing tho, convenience etc.
#5
to be honest these are handy as i do live in a flat - however they are normally 15 quid everywhere.

so its not that great a deal

WE've been loooking at buying stuff now we've got our first baby on the way, the wife is only 12 weeks gone but this looks like a good purchase. Heat added

I had one of these when we lived in a flat, it was really handy. When I had my second we were in a house and I couldn't be annoyed with it!

When our first one was born there were what seemed like a million things we should have bought. This isn't one of them! Whatever the price.

If you could get a machine that put the nappies on once they can roll around a bit then that would be worth buying. I had an idea of something that was half change mat, half straight jacket but my wife thought I was nuts.
#11
We had one fo these when our son was a baby, and I have to say the convenience of it was great. Try getting a dirty nappy into a bag and tying it up with one hand without one of these...and without getting covered in s??t! Saves going out to the bin 5 times a day too.

Got to admit, the wife made me see sense and told me that is one purchase we don't need.

Still a good price for anyone that wants one

i don't know where to get it cheaper but it always this price - good item but still don't think the price is anything special - currently £15 in Argos and Kiddicare

You are having the same problem I was having. People voting it cold cos they dont agree with the concept of the item. They are missing the point of the hot and cold. You found the item at a good price - so heat is added from me. (and rep in adversity)
These guys that put it cold just stops people from looking at it. Pointless.

Had one of these for our first and it started stinking after a while. Wouldn't really recommend them.

We should all be using cotton towels anyway now and save the environment:whistling:

I wouldn't waist your money, we hated ours now use nappy bags which is a lot cheaper and you don't have an ugly bin in the room that your toddler wants to play with.

Not cheaper de_deej (same price) but you get 5% quidco with mothercare not with argos:whistling:

Simple answer, don't use deposables!!!

Horrible things anyway.

this has been on offer in mothercare since i had my daughter 3years ago.
#20
I actually really like mine :)
#21
hmm, see I have been seeing this at £29.99 everywhere else. It has obviously got cheaper.
#22
Who would have thought a bin full of **** would divide opinion so............

We've got one, use it a lot obviously, money's worth easy.
Heat added. It's not a 'waist' of money :whistling:

I had one of these for my first and wouldn't have been without it. Good value for £15 but you need to try and find the refills on offer to make it a great buy. It may well be worth waiting for the Bounty pack you get when your baby is born though as I've heard several people say there's a voucher in it to pick one up free from Argos. Doesn't deserve to be this cold so I'll heat it back up a bit for you.
#24
I bought one of these 2nd hand for my daughter in Nov, and honestly have used it a handful of times. Its now sitting in my loft gathering dust.
It is a great price though, for those that find it more convenient than running out to the bin, however you do get a voucher in your bounty pack when you've had bubs, for a free one. Something I wish I knew when I was pregnant, so I wouldn't have wasted my money!

the perfumed nappy bags were buy one get one free packs of 300 in pound shop dont knwo if theyre still there though.
