Nice deal can't include quidco though as it's not guaranteed

Sorry but mines just been tracked

Another deal just using the same 30% off voucher on yet another electrical item. 5/6 consoles, a few laptops, a few tv's, console games etc etc. How many more are we and do we need to see? We get it now, we really do, 30% off anything at additions as long as it's not over £500. Cold for them reasons.

Very valid reason for voting this deal cold !!!
Have you even looked at this deal or is it just the additions direct text you're looking for and then voting cold. This is over £80 cheaper than the next cheapest . And by the way i haven't just chosen a random item from Additions and applied the code it was RESEARCHED!!

Stunning deal, hotter than the sun.

Unfortunately suffering from the halfwitted voting syndrome at the moment. Heat added.

It was researched meaning you bought it......and then you added that every tom tom product will get £30 back, which I would have thought was common knowledge if you bought one. The consoles have been £60-100 off the next cheapest as if they aren't going to be with 30% off ,tv's laptops likewise. Don't shoot the messenger no one else said why they were voting cold.

researched doesn't necessary mean i have bought one (even though I have) it indicates i have compared prices with other retailers also £30 cash back is for only this model not all tomtom again this was researched . It was not me that has listed all additions deals this is my 1st one . I am replying to you as you have given a reason ( which i don't agree with ) for voting cold

Halfwitted, btw, when you have seen plenty of other deals with 30% off and it doesn't dawn on you to go and check for whatever it is you want. If I'm halfwitted, which I'm not, you have no common sense, which you don't.

Red hot combo of deals, perhaps amend the title to remove the £279?

Edit: Heck ordered, £150 for a 740 Live is awesome.

This site costs me a fortune!

Fair enough but it's why most these deals (the newest) are getting voted cold so it's not just me. Everyone of the 20 ish threads containing additions today have been 1st posts so that doesn't really wash. Common sense should prevail that maybe additions has 30% off all goods..so it's not anything new and enlightening and therefore not really a deal.

The combo of the discount and the cashback surely make this a bit special?

Hmm, Initially i was tempted (after having my 720 stolen in a house burglary...) - but looked up how the LIVE service works, and discovered it's a subscription >:(

No way am I subscribing for £7.99/month; and as this is the only significant feature that distinguishes it from a 720 or 730 - it's a no go.

Hot deal, but not a hot product.
Gets heat ofcourse, as i'm sure there are people out there who think subscription charges are perfectly reasonable. (probably the same people who play WoW =/ )

Agree totally - but some people will post the entire bloody Additions catalog with the discount applied because they don't realise that there are intelligent people on the site who can work that out for themselves....:whistling:

BTW, just snagged a cheap IPOD Shuffle with the Additions code...maybe I should go ahead and post that deal for the stoopid people....

Yes and it wasn't an attempt as you clearly saw it. So that in it's self means it wasn't. It was more of a P take rather than anything else and if you don't/didn't get that then bless you.:w00t:

Oh yeah the deal, It is a good price for the 740. I do have to say though that the 740 is better used by higher milage drivers as the feature of the HD traffic is its biggest selling point over the 730. I personaly have the, old now, 720. I get traffic updates through mobile on PAYG. I have to top up around £10 a month for the GPRS connection it uses but then i do 20'000 miles a year so this would be ideal for me as it works out a cost saving. Others in same position could see the same saving.

What you need is an iphone 3g sim!
Stick one of those in your phone (any phone), and you have yourself 12 months free data.

The sims are available for ~£10 on ebay.
I use mine with my Acer netbook & O2 dongle for effectively free mobile broadband

Thank you for direction. Can i not get direct from O2?? or they not exactly legit on ebay?

Edit, just had a look at ebay. If i have the correct seller there are lots of gramatic errors and the likes in the description. Do i have the correct seller?

Having used the traffic updates from Traffic Master and found them to be more than useless, I'm hoping HD traffic will be good.

You know nothing about me but you say a lot about yourself.

If you are looking for a Go 740 you wouldn't necessarily think of Littlewoods. You might put in a google search and come up with £240+.

Or you might look on HUKD and save yourself £100.

Seems like good sense to me.

I bought a 740 and a DSi on Additions Direct late last night but it is still not tracking in Quidco! How long have others found for it to show up?

Maybe it depends how you paid. It might take 3 days for the card to clear and the money to track?

Well I got a call this afternoon saying my card had been declined. The account has plenty of free space so could it be that I chose a different shipping address or they are just trying to avoid shipping me the goods?

Maybe you put a typo in the card details? I have a different shipping/delivery address and I've had no call. Although my Quidco isn't tracking yet either, but for me it usually takes at least a week

My unit just arrived at work, my card is registered to my house.
