Just bought this for the wife and it seems a cracking deal with good reviews for running if not swimming. Combined with the AMEX Argose deal it is unbeatable if that is your thing.

Link goes to TomTom runner watch, not the multisport (more expensive) variant.

took me a couple of minutes to get my head around what everyone is saying :)
multisport is 130 at argos and amazon
runner is 85 at amazon and 100 at argos

Hardly a fail. With the AMEX credit and £10 Argos voucher it has effectively cost me £65. Good luck finding it cheaper!!!

You could purchase an amex £50 voucher in argos for £29 after cashback. If you have 2 Amex cards like me then 2 x £50 amex vouchers valued at £100 cost £58 after cashback. I can now use these where ever i want (I've had the cashback already credited so it works). Amazon currently have this watch for £85 so i can buy this watch with my vouchers and still have £15 left over. So i've spent £7 less than you and still have £15 remaining. I didn't need luck, just some knowledge on how to play the system.

You can therefore apply that logic to just about every deal on this site. Not entirely sure what this AMEX voucher that you can buy in Argos is however! Did you mean Amazon?

Yes you can apply the logic to any place that accepts Amex obviously, hence it being a good way to take advantage of the argos cashback. You wished someone luck at finding it cheaper and I just showed you how. Amex giftcards are just like an Amex but pre paid. Makes more sense to convert your money for more money and not be forced to pay Argos prices. Google "Amex giftcard" and enlighten oneself, they sell them in Argos along with Visa giftcards. In fact I'll save you the trouble. Here's a link,

You quite clearly have more time available than I do. I also hope you are more agreeable in person than the tone of your posts suggest!

No to the first statement. I went to argos and purchased something. I don't see how this took a lot of time.

No to the second statement. But luckily you don't have to meet me.
