TomTom One XL GB complete with RDS-TMC Traffic Receiver and carry case. £149.88 + delivery from QVC for today only. Pay over 3 months at no extra cost. 30 day money back guarantee. 5% Quidco available.

They have a representative from TomTom giving live demos on air at various times today if you want to know more.

Yes, I know you can get the unit alone for less (£137.90 @ Amazon), but the traffic receiver and case will usually cost quite a bit extra. With this deal they are included, so if you want these extras this looks like a great way to get them.

Avoid traffic, road tolls and congestion charges with the TomTom ONE XL. The wide 4.3" touchscreen makes it simple to use and it works straight from the box. You'll never be late with the Traffic receiver, it shows you where the traffic jams are and offers alternate routes including the quickest, shortest and avoiding tolls and charges. Map Share allows you to access the most-up-to maps and there's also a 'Help Me!' feature which gives you info on the nearest police station, hospital, breakdown services and more! You'll also get a protective case.

Please can I ask that people take the time to read what's included in the deal before voting. Thanks.

I would guess it not doing well as the new software on the Ipaq 314 that cost well under 50% of this price (albiet without the traffic receiver which is an extra 30ish) and a screen the same size but with 3.5 times greater pixel density, maps for all of western europe and the ability to play video or run tomtom software seems a better buy.

The 314 does not have a radio transmitter, but seriously - when you see the screen - which is the same resolution as the original EEE although a fraction the size - all other sat nav's displays look cheap.

£147.99 (+ traffic receiver) Delivered free next day @ The Link - http://www.thelink.co.uk/mobile-store/P0001675/tomtom-onexl-gb-traffic.html. Case isn't that expensive.

I suppose if you want a case and can find one for under 7 quid then the Link would be a better deal. I think the Link do 2% Quidco on this sort of stuff? QVC is 5%, so remember to factor all this in when deciding where to buy from. Thanks for the heads up though whizzkid.

So many more options than when I bought my current TomTom a few years back. I wouldn't be without a SatNav of some description now though, so good to know some of the other choices out there. Thanks.

WinCE 5 devices like the iPAQ are great for TomTom if you don't mind running maps and software from 3 to 2 years ago respectively  :pirate:
