Apparently on Sale until end of the month, making this cheaper (by £3) than the navigon app.
Prices will probably be tumbling soon due to free Nokia and Google satnavs becoming available but still cheaper than standalone tomtom.
Don't forget 6% quidco (£3)

People say the copilot app is better. I haven't tried the copilot app but have this tomtom and its poor. The iphone holds the signal well but the app leaves you without regular instructions and isn't detailed. I went down a very long road with major junctions and bends and it never once told me to carry on straight ahead or reassure me I was to bear right or left or whatever! My tomtom pda app is so much better than this. For the price, it's a rip off!

Cheaper too!
I've got both and CoPilot is marginally better IMO although both seem to suffer some lag on my 3G

I've used both the TomTom and Copilot sat navs and I think the TomTom is fantastic. It works really well for me, instructions/directions are clear and just as reliable as many other systems I've used. Copilot is quite good too but it's got a really frustrating A-Z keyboard layout instead of QWERTY which is annoying. I reckon if you're looking for a satnav for occassional use and you already have an iPhone then get this and pay a fiver for a windscreen mount and in car charger. Saves the expense of a full size sat nav. I love it and use it a lot. I also use a product called Connects2 to connect my iPhone to my Kenwood headunit which means all music from the iPhohne is played through the stereo. When a satnav instruction is played the song is paused and then resumed. Can't fault it personally.

Have you updated the app recently? They have updated the keyboard to use the standard iPhone version, much better.

Yet aother reason I won't get an iPhone until Apple make a phone that works properly and doesn't have missing features all other phones have out the box.

I bought my wife the tomtom iphone holder a few weeks before xmas for a pressie - It didn't fit as she has a case on it - I asked Tomtom for a refund as per distance selling rules.

They were uncaring and unco-operative - I promised them I would tell the world about their attitude on every opportunity - so here goes... Tomtom don't care about their customers so boycott them.

I hope Kraft take them over.

No I've not updated it in a while because I've barely used it and default to TomTom. I'll update it now though and give it a go :) Thanks.

Having now tried both tomtom and copilot I must correct my view - Tomtom rocks more than copilot! Tomtom is much easier to use with a much friendlier user interface and a better product overall IMHO. Sorry but copilot is just not as good as the tomtom app which I have now given a total test to and passed with flying colours. It did have a little moment but I'm yet to use a satnav that didn't have one.
