@Brilly, What's wrong with it? I think, it looks very modern.

their home page says the following: "We no longer have an e commerce website as customers have told us they prefer to deal directly with our helpful Sales staff and see and touch the buildings for themselves."

You wouldn't want to put this anywhere vulnerable like allotments - nor indeed store any valuables in it like a lawnmower.

Flimsy.

Don't quite understand what makes this a good deal.
Is it just the fact that construction is included?
I checked out prices at Elbec (bought an 8x6 shed there a few years back so knew they had decent deals) and they will do an 8x6 Pressure Treated for £199 delivered. That seems a much better deal to me.

Lol, thats Overlap, not T&G.

That shed also has OSB roof and floor, terrible comparison. X)

Try again.

To buy a shed at Elbec that is 8x6 Apex fully T&G same as OP's deal would cost you £399.00 HERE!

That takes me back to my original question, which was what aspect of the deal made it good.
I'm assuming now that in your opinion, the clincher is T&G all round?
I've had sheds with various combinations of construction technique over the years and admit a preference for T&G but I wouldn't pay that much extra for it. The more significant "must have" for me is pressure treated timber if you want long life.
There may of course be better deals on the site but I only did a quick scan to get a feel for what was available.

Avoid all sheds with OSB (solid sheet) roof and floor, pay the extra and have T&G as the shed will last you double the years.

Banana boxes used to be tongue & groove but they were also throwaway jobs

This site does not mention the sizes of the frame timber. Most do. Looking at the pictures it looks pretty skinny. 1 inch timbers probably, the cheaper ones usually are. You want something more substantial for longevity. Nice to have T&G but the price reflects the frame used. Not a deal for me.

Agreed, flimsy junk, height of shed is also minimal.

Extremely flimsy, you would not want to put one of these on the allotment unless you have a death wish

As opposed to those other sheds that people have, with the 12" thick reinforced titanium construction and triple reinforced steel locks and iris scanners.

ive got one coming in a few weeks. Went to the place on Sunday, the shed is very sturdy and well made. I'm no expert like some on here clearly but compared to other sheds at this price point its a very good deal. Very robust and feels well made.
