Been shopping around for a good, reliable, genuine CLASS 4 Micro SDHC for a good price and it appears they're thin on the ground. Many people are complaining with the Play.com deal for the Sandisk Class 4s so I thought I'd do my homework on the Kingston branded Class4.

With the class 2 Kingston cards coming in at around £15 this Class 4 is a veritable bargain. I've read reviews of performance exceeding Class 4 with read speeds of 17MB+ /sec and write speeds of between 6MB and 9MB /sec. This obviously is going to depend upon the luck with the quality of card you get, the device you use it in and the test software used to verify.

Either way it's a genuine class 4 from a decent manufacturer and it's not bank breaking so a winner for me - ordered!.

I'll test and stick up the performance stats when I have it stuck in my Advent Vega!.

Heat added seems like a good deal.

They also sell a 16gb microSDHC Class 10 for £19.95 unbranded though.

I went for this one but most people would prefer a branded card for piece of mind.

Cheers!

Yes and I'm one of those that prefers branded!. I know sometimes an unbranded flash card can be just as good but I've been caught out a fair amount in the past. Especially with the old SmartMedia cards. Piece of mind is never a bad thing!.

One thing to note before I get this pointed out to me. Mymemory also have these either through Amazon MarketPlace or directly through their website and a few quid cheaper....but service is reportedly pretty pants from MyMemory at present with regards to time taken to ship out. As Amazon's feedback comments seem to indicate.
