In the tradition of great screen conmen - one of the few with a visible tail - "Top Cat" holds a top spot in the hearts of cartoon fans. The smooth-talking New York City cat, known as T.C. to his kitty cohorts Benny the Ball, Choo-Choo, Spook, The Brain and Fancy-Fancy, is always on the make toward a big score or swindle. And the bothersome - and ever-exasperated - Officer Dibble is relentlessly on his case (although always a step behind) - throughout 30 fast, funny episodes.

Fulsome review -
Very little availability outside of HMV - is it one of their exclusives?

HMV seem to move the price up and down like a yoyo, so thought I would post it again.
Oh I love these pussies playing with each other..
i bought this a couple of weeks ago, top cat is a top cartoon, even for adults, voted HOT!
hot from me. cheers
Was there really only so few episodes? It seemed so many more.
Top cat is good for adults because it was based on the scheming Sgt Bilko

Bilko = T.C.

Colonel Hall = Officer Dibble

Barbella & Henshaw = Choo-Choo & Brains

Doberman = Benny (and both were played/voiced byMaurice Gosfield)

It was called Boss Cat here so that the BBC were not seen to be endorsing cat food.
You can't beat the classics. Voted hot!
a must have voted hot!
