Voted hot and rep added, just bought two (one for brother, one for cousin, both in their early 20's lol, both big Top Gear fans, kids book or not!) :)

£5 in Zavvi.

This is definately a book for those entering their teen years, not old farts like us lot.

Just ordered one for my 16y old son he loves top gear:thumbsup:
#12
The way I see it is, for £3 you can give it to people of any age, even just as a joke for them to flick through for 15 minutes or so while everyone else is opening their presents ;)

Ordered, thanks.

Hot!

Fab thanks, my son loves this show - what a great price

Can someone explain why this is a kids book? Any example contents? The demographic for the show is teens to pensioners and all in between....

Is there a different edition for "adults" then?!

It says BBC Children's Books in the top right of the picture , thats the biggest clue :)

Review:
bought this for my 14 year old niece, who LOVES Top Gear, and I'm a bit disappointed. The book's very colourful, but it's full of word searches and `mazes', so really is far too young for anyone over the age of 8 or 9. I've just seen the Big Book of Top Gear, which is really funny, and I'm going to get that for her instead

This is better for adults and bigger kids

'Designed with the younger fans of the TV show in mind, Top Gear The Official Annual 2009 is definitely one present children won't want to share with the grown-ups on Christmas Day!'

Theres some smaller Top Gear books which are also very obviously aimed at children (says 7-10)

These are £4.79 in Borders atm! http://www.borders.co.uk/book/supercars-(top-gear-best-bits)/899758/
Not worth it atall though. But perfect as Bookpeople stocking fillers.
