Wow - with an Ultegra group set that's great value.

Shame you can't get it on a cycle to work scheme but still seriously good value.

Good find!

If you want to ride around on something that's twice the weight.

I can see this going cold because it's too expensive. Ho hum.

This bike is seriously great value for the price.

Im hoping I can get some reviews on it before I commit though. I am currently 80% of my way to saving up for a Specialized Allez Elite

If this is better, I could pump for it!

£750 for a pushbike?!?!
Toys R Us sell them for about £80, Halfords about £120. Rubbish

Where in the website is this?

I cant find it. WOuld like a bigger picture
#8
I think this is a regional deal as it isn't there for me.
#9
Could get a car for that! I have felt the weight of these bikes though and they are seriously light. To anyone who is seriously into road cycling this has to be taken up at this price.
#10
It's currently on sale for £799.99 in Northern Ireland :(

And rubbish is exactly what you'll get if you spend £80-£120 on a bike.

Proper road bikes cost serious dosh.

I bought a Felt Z35 in novemebr last year, the shop was selling it at £1300 which was not a bad price at the time, I managed to haggle down to £950 :-)

Anyway even on a bike at this price the guy said the first thing to upgrade was the wheels which would be anything from £400 upwards

If you are not into biking then go for a cheapo but if you like paying extra for quality then go for something like this.

Having the option to vote cold sometimes seems kinda pointless on this site. This had been up to around 30 degrees until the "OMG Halfords sell bikes for £80" crowd pilled in.
#14
I won't vote either way - on face value a "3 year manufacturers warranty" when they don't state the manufacturer is meaningless; but you do have your normal 1 (2) year rights with Lidl. Only a seriously clued up biker would know whether this is good value or not.

I know exactly what you mean!!

Someone posted a deal for a brand new Ferrari for £25,000 but I was like "You must be barking mad, I could get a Ford KA for £3,000".

Great minds think alike eh?

I think your irony filter might be broken.

Looks a bargain to me (having just bought a ultegra spec'd Fuji for more).
Probably would have gone for this if it had been around a month ago.

The main issue for a bike like this is that you can't physically sit on it before you buy, to see if it fits. You could end up buying too big a frame size if you're not of 'standard' proportions (eg short torso/arms compared to inside leg). Which could prove to be painful.

But then it's the same risk as buying a bike over t'internet.
