Seems to me that the majority of people are happy with TCB, me included. As with Quidco, it's never guaranteed and I'd never buy something just because of the claimed cashback amount. If it comes through then it's a bonus as far as I'm concerned.

I've stopped using topcashback after they failed to pay £40 cashback from Argos Xbox one offer, even though I've got proof cashback was tracked and it went on my Argos card, I've always felt more confident going through quidco. the customer support seems better and more helpful, that's just my experience from using them both.

Never had any cashback declined from TCB for any wrong reasons except Argos. They always decline cash back even when it is offered on C&C, reason being:- cashback not available on C&C orders. All I have done to avoid this is either buy instore (even though the OnCard cashback never works either) or avoid Argos.

I totally agreed. I would not touch quidco with a barge pole as you CANNOT communicate with them unless you upgrade i.e. pay for the service and they refused to pay me for Debenhams, so I avoid both of them. TCB used to be very good, but now and then, I have to bug them to get the cashback on record..
