Have just ordered this tv using my egg card (5% off) and codes FIVETV (5% Off), and then DELTV(free delivery).

This brings the total to £301.24.Have also gone through cashback kings for a further 3% off bringing the total to £285.39 if ive got my sums right, not bad I think for a branded 32 inch TV.

Yes it only has 2 hdmi but for this price Im not really that bothered as splitters are getting cheap now.

Other tvs can also be bought this way as well like the 32" samsung for around £315. Obvously this is not for all as you would need an egg card.

I believe topcashback also do dixons as well, quidco dont seem to anymore.

Good Bargain but be aware there is no line out to connect to a home theatre system you will need a scart out to phono cable if you want to do this and they cost another £12 or so.

its only about a £3, seems to be that price most places online. or one of those scart to three conections that you used to get with the ps2 or xbox. ive got a few of those lying around

Must an old or non-UK Toshiba model since it is not listed on their web site. Details about power usage are not given by Dixons. I would definately find out about that before purchase as some of the older LCD TVs use an awful lot of electricity, which would eat up very quickly the savings made on the purchase price.

Good deal. 4% with Quidco too

Not so anymore. Only Dixons Entertainment on Quidco now which is different. It is a shame, so no more Quidco and Egg deals.

Anyone got any links to reviews for this TV?

think its the same as the one on amazon which has good reviews and is energy saving trust recommended

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Toshiba-32AV555-Widescreen-Ready-Freeview/dp/B0012WTIFS

or at play

http://www.play.com/Electronics/Electronics/-/281/363/-/6873475/Toshiba-Regza-32-32AV555-DB-HD-Ready-Freeview-Widescreen-LCD-TV/Product.html?searchtype=genre

I also notice on play it says it has optical out which would be good for some good surround sound setups

Are you only allowed to post quidco on here? Just wondered as i just received 3% cashback from dixons through topcashback when i recently bought a fridge and freezer.

If this info is not allowed can a mod please delete this thanks.

Is this the best 32 inch tv around for around the £300 give or take £50 mark?

Can this be easily wall mounted?
#13
Not sure if its the best as ive not seen a proper review although the amazon and play customer reviews seem good. The samsung is about 30 pound more and has good reviews. This could be wall mounted though as its vesa compliant
