my experience with CDiscount:
i previously bought an MSI Wind from CDiscount and they delivered on time, chose to pay in 3 installements of £86/month and got £40 credit back to use in their store as part of the december promotion

got this for £325 with 5 year warranty from empire direct before crimbo, still gonna give heat, good tv for the money, 5 year warranty swings it 4me.

It used to for me too... until I got bitten by Allders going bust a few years ago, and my Hitachi TV followed it 2 months later :-(

Businesses are even shakier nowadays.

It depends WHO the warranty is with! Is this insurance based, from the manufacturer, or the Retailer?

[I am seeing a lot of deals with this CDiscount, but they don't seem to have stood the test of time yet, and have a long term track record.]

This is indeed HD, it just isn't "Full-HD". HD is anything supporting 720p or over (which this does).

Careful with electronics from this company, my brother in-law bought a laptop from them, which according to CDiscount got lost, he tryed to get his money back, and it took a while for him to sort it, weeks in fact, hes not the only one. Just go careful as there customer service is *****
