I quite like this LCD Tv as its 100hrtz image processing. Its not 1080p, but due to the size of the tv it doesnt matter.. and the image processing rate highly makes up for it.
This is a special deal usually is around 750 quid!!! no kiddin!

* 94cm visible screen size * 16:9 aspect ratio * 1366 x 768 resolution * HD ready * Freeview (iDTV)

* 100Hz Active Vision M100 Picture Processing * 3 x HDMI * Gloss Black Finish * HD Ready

* Onkyo Speakers * Integrated Digital Freeview Tuner * Display resolution: 1366x768* Progressive scan

Bloody hell, do you have to post the *entire* blurb here? A few lines is okay, but 3 screens worth!

Yeah, all the spec should be posted. Saves people the aggro of having to trawl the net for features.

I forgot to mention the site says that THIS DEAL FINISHES MONDAY

Thanks damanisjon :) A full spec is good, but best to have some details in main post and the rest in a follow up post. As once a deal hits front page it streches way down the page.

I've updated your post and pasted the additional information here:

i have just bought the 32" version for £399 with discount codes and quidco, the what hifi write up for the 37" isnt gr8 at all, but if you just want a cheapish 37" tv its the dogs
#9
Not too bad a review at hdtvorg.co.uk.

Great set, great price.
Trusted Reviews opinnions are far better than most mags.
If Advertiser A spends £50,000 a year in advertising, and advertiser B spends £5,000, i often wonder how impartial the reviews are..
#11
Another good website to check tv spec's etc is avforums.com

The guys on there know tv's and hi-fi gear inside out.

like i said I have the 32" version so its not made up, the pic is miles better as its a different chip used in the 37" version

From where and using which codes? Would be interested in doing this as 37" is a little too large for my room.

In my opinion the Samsung LE37R87 is a much, much better set and can be had for only £10 more.
#17
actually the reviews ive read tend to differ.. some people say that the faster processing rate on the Toshiba completely obliterates the idea of motion blur, which you still get on the Samsung,
and to the guy posting about the 32... Ofcourse the 32 will look better..
its smaller..
lol
But if you want a tv, its definately between the Toshiba, and the samsung le37r88..

Here is the difference between the 2.. so make your choice..
The black levels on the Samsung are better.. but the sound is worse and its more prone to blurring.
The Toshiba is better with blur, but the black levels are not as good.. the toshiba is usually 200 pounds dearer.. which does make this a bargain..
#18
the Samsung LE37R87 is an old model now... the new one is LE37R88 and even though its only cosmetic changes and the odd tweaking here and there.. I dont wanto an old product!
#19
Just I had look at the set on the Amazon site and noticed the offer of 2 free years warranty on selected Tosh TVs...

Is this one 37C3035 + 3 years warranty, a better bargain than the 37WLT68 for £569.99?
#20
From Currys, But It Was A Month Ago , The Deal And The Codes Have Now Changed, Ive Looked And The 32" Is Currently £489.99 But With Code Yaw825 (5%) Brings It Down To £465.49 And Quidco 5% For Online Purchases (£23 Ish Off) Makes It A Good Deal At £440 Ish

The R88 isnt a 'new' model at all. Technically its the same its just a way of letting Currys and Dixons sell an 'exclusive' model.

I'd also like to know how and where to get the 32" version for £399 please REXISMYDOG!! [Edit] - posted too late! £440 is still pretty good

I believe the WLT68 is a better TV. Read up on the two on avforums.com to be sure.

Gr8 t.v for that price, i paid more for the 32" Grrrrr, the 100Hz Active Vision M100 Picture Processing is excellent for smoothing out fast motion like footy, also the Onkyo speakers are top quality, voted hot
#29
FOOTIE! that is reason number one for getting the TOSH! yeah i been told the tosh c37 is not as good tho..
#30
arent the c series stripped down wlt68s?
#31
Ideally I would like the X37 series.. but i cant spend anymore than 600 or my wife will kill me... honest.. I got scars to prove it.. I already had to sell my xbox 360 to gather funds.. some mug on ebay bought it for £270 second hand with 2 controllers and one game.. LOL Kerrrching!
#32
Does the C series have Onkyo speakers? If not then id avoid cos tosh's don't sound very good without them.
