  Apparently the "Toshiba" branding is nothing more than a marketing tacticon this set, the TV was designed and built by some Chinese no-name! For this price you can't ask for anymore but just be aware this is a budget TV!

  Wish there was a decent 40 inch plus TV, below £300 with a 5 year warranty....
  
  For the price, this is a good second set, but for the main room, it looks very average on spec...

  4 star average on amazon, alot of reviews say it takes a while for the picture to appear when you turn it on, and sound is poor/low. Can't grumble at that price tho

  Reviews don't sound great but for a second TV or for someone on a budget, you can't really go wrong.
  
  The 5-year guarantee is also great, although most of the complaints in reviews are about the general quality and operation of the TV, and not any specific hardware problems.
