Been looking for a decent LED TV and this ticks all the boxes I've been looking for. Hoping someone will let me know if this is a good deal, I'm struggling to find a review for the unit. Thanks

cant really work it out from reading the stuff but if its full backlit thats a great price

I highly doubt full backlit sets would come at this pricek, for now.

As an edge-lit set I would urge caution about anyone taking the plunge on a set unless they had either read a LOT of detailed reviews (from people who know what they're talking about) or you had seen the set for yourself in the shops.

Edge lit sets right now range from "fantastic" - through to the "utter rubbish" with some sets suffering from frankly awful light bleeding and haloing around the edges.

I have seen some edge lit sets that look and perform brilliantly - and so generally I am a fan of LED thing.

I just wouldn't recommend anyone went ahead and spent money on a set that they haven't seen with their own eyes, or read alot of reviews for.
