Comes with a MicroSD to Full Size card adapter.

SDHC is not backwards compatible, so be very sure that your device is SDHC enabled and will accept the card, BEFORE ordering please.

Starting at 4GB, microSDHC cards offer higher storage for more music, more videos, more pictures, more games more of everything you need in todays mobile world. The microSDHC card allows you to maximize todays revolutionary mobile devices. Dane-Elecs microSDHC cards use the new speed class rating of Class 4 that guarantee a minimum data transfer rate of 4MB/sec. for optimum performance with devices that use microSDHC.

Identical in physical size to todays standard microSD card, the microSDHC cards are designed to comply with SD Specification Version 2.00 and are only recognized by microSDHC host devices. They can be used as full-size SDHC cards when used with the included adapter. To ensure compatibility, look for the microSDHC or SDHC logo on host devices (e.g. phones, PDAs, and cameras).

Wherever you find yourself in the mobile world, you can trust and rely on Dane-Elecs microSDHC cards.

That statement is very ambiguous.

let me clear up the ambiguity.

they mean :
the description [of the microsd card] is patronising [to human beings and the remaining 90% of internet users]

I bent my wookiee
#8
Is this ok for use with a Nintendo DS?
#9
Apparently flashcarts do support Microsdhc cards

http://www.edge-ds.co.uk/

the Edge supports Micro SDHC memory cards. Micro SDHC memory cards are high capacity memory cards. We’ve successfully tested the device using Kingston and Sandisk 1GB, 2GB and 4GB and 8GB Micro SD cards without any problems. At present, 8GB is the highest capacity memory card commercially available, although the Edge’s makers say it can support Micro SDHC
cards up to 32GB.

So I guess I'll be buying one of these considering my 2gb card just isn't cutting it anymore because of this month's amazing selection of games.

How do you know what 'they mean'?

Why don't you explain your statement Mascherano? Then we'd know what is/is not patronising. Thus eliminating any ambiguity. :-D

Thanks for that, what exactly is an R4?

It's not for me so I don't know much about the DS, if the card will hold 40-50 games, I guess most choose the 8gb do they?
#15
Will only work on R4 cartridges that are HC compatable (i.e. specifically say SDHC on the label)
#16
Avoid the R4 and go with an AceKard instead as they have better support (in fact the R4 is dead in that department) and install the excellent AKAIO on it.

Original R4s only take up to 2gb non hdsc cards
#18
4gb will hold more like 70 games. Also all new cards will support hc.

they are not any 'generation' as they are not connected to original r4 in any way other than stealing the name and being a clone.

People that dont know what a flashcart is then try google!!

blasphemous - i know what they (he/she) mean because i am able to use my brain on occasion.

Well you see it's not for me and I know the square root of nada when it comes to Nintendo DS's or DS lites of R4's Akaidos etc...

Just trying to help someone get a compatible card for them to load games onto, but that's all they know which doesn't help...however sounds like it will be ok

 Now I like that answer! :-D

Is there any news on DSi Flash Cart compatibility? Last I heard Nintendo will be updating the DSi Firmware via new game releases which meant a headache for all Flash Carts Acekard, CycloDS, EDGE, etc etc as the Flash Cart Firmware would need to be updated for each new game release to stay ahead of the game (excuse the pun).

Anyone ordered this?
As I did but what they sent me is unbranded memory card. How do I know if it is Toshiba?
