I'd go for UHS-3 personally the faster write speed is really what matters with these cards as the read speeds are nearly always fine.

But a UHS-3 64GB is almost twice the price :)

I don't think uhs-I can be classed as professional anymore. Would be fine for lots of people but for the high speed needs of a lot of cameras, especially those with 4K this won't be enough.
I actually picked up one of the Toshiba UHS-3 micro sd's last week for less than this
