Does anyone know if this will play .mkv's etc from USB / SD?
Is this better than the Philips one from ASDA that keeps being posted?
Anyone know if this is multi-region for dvds or if there is a hack for it?
I would far sooner deal with Amazon if I had a problem with the Player!. Voted "Hot".

I have heard a good quote before saying HD-DVD v Bluray was like watching two bald men fighting over a comb.... Sony won the battle but was it worth it ?

I have a Tosh bluray player with 42" 1920 * 1024 panny plasma and so far I can't see much difference (only played 2 blurays so far mind you). My conclusion is a good dvd transfer is very close to an average bluray transfer and so you need a really good bluray transfer to get some significant benefit; just my opinion.

Good deal now but the best deals were the Tosh players with a free 12 mths lovefilm subscription.
Can you watch films through the usb slot with this player
