Important condition that you need to start the free rental ball rolling within 7 days of player purchase - ie need to get on with it:

"register it [the player] in accordance with Section C (below) within seven (7) days of the date of your purchase "

Got find especially as the cheapest found, heat and rep added.

Ideal if you've got a Toshiba setup, however reviews on the player state that it doesn't deliver on the sound front as well as other players but for Toshiba and this being there first attempt they have made a cracking effort.

I got this player from Comet in a bundle with Toshiba 40LV665DB TV (about £485 for both) in mid Jan. Great picture quality, including good upscaling and BD Live compatible for future proofing.

Received my Lovefilm subscription code about two weeks after sending form and receipt (you might want to chase that one up herman :? ) Fine as long as you read the T&Cs very carefully. Haven't activated yet as using up the last few of my Blockbuster golden ticket rentals but not anticipating any problems.

Edit: Completely forgot my main point! This player is available for £105.99 form Amazon (was previously £99.99) so voted cold for Comet deal.

lovefilm sub up and running now ta. and was suprised to find out it's the 7.99 a month one, making it worth 96 quid, 16 quid more than the player cost in the same bundle as you!

As other have said, I too got this player as part of a package. (it was me that posted the deal here back end of December.)
This is my 1st player, hence unable to compare to others, but i think it does the job nicely and produces a much better picture than dvd's.
The sound, i have hooked up to my hifi speakers and is simply fantastic.
The only downside is the cheap looking remote, which isn't a problem for me as i use a harmony all in one.
Had no probs with the Lovefilm subscription, even though i used an email address that had used a 90 day free trial, thus existing member can use this offer.
