Sorry if its a awful deal but dint see it posted anywhere-been trying for a laptop with 2gb ram and a decent memory and a good brand with a cheap price for a while-dint get stock of the recent acer asda deal anywhere near me.Pcworld have reduced this toshibha to 399 pounds from 499.I have had a toshiba for 5 years before without any problems.
following are the specs
The Toshiba A200-IVO is both affordable and stylish. A 120GB hard drive has plenty of room for your CD library or photo albums. Intel Pentium Dual Core Processor T2310
(1.46 GHz, 533 MHz FSB, 1 MB Cache)
Genuine Windows Vista (R) Home Premium
2 GB Memory Size
120 GB Hard Drive

Bought it instore as gifting someone soon.Hope to get the guru's opinion on if its a decent deal.Cheers!!

Changed merchant to PC World, not Toshiba :)

The processor is a bit whack but I guess you can't really complain for 399, it should be able to handle most common tasks you throw at it anyway.

I bought a Toshiba laptop last year (from which I type)

As I have been so impressed with it I am now looking for a Toshiba for my Mum

Been looking at this laptop already and the price now is sorely tempting me

It's the processor that's stopping me though.

And .5% quidco for online sales (or 4% if you can find it in currys)
