Amazon has called it ' Used - Very Good '

But I would call it NEW .. still had the protective foil on ... etc

I bought 2 sharp tvs from them "like new" but everything had original plastics still attached. i'd recommend it although HDNL who deliver their heavy goods aren't very efficient

Bought a Sony camcorder for £450, as new, no marks. Saved £100 so worth it. If you don't like it you can return it.

Yeah i know, but still a Full HD 32" 'used' tv for less than £150, that sounds like a deal to me

When I've returned things to Amazon before albeit not TVs, they've refunded everything and arranged a courier to collect at their cost. Been excellent at returns for me before, this was on a Kindle tho but assume all returns are the same.

i work for amazon and the warehouse deal site 99.9% of the time is not second hand stuff but goods that are damaged in the warehouses or in transit to the warehouse or books that are defective i.e cut wrong or serrated pages etc but all the goods on the warehouse deals site has beed patched up so for example if amazon had to damage a cd out before a customer buys because of a broken cd case then they would replace the case and the put it on the warehouse deals site and list it as used like new and the same goes with books if theres a small tear in the cover etc then a small pice of tape is stuck on then it is listed on warehouse deals as used like new so everything is unused but just damaged :) i have personally damaged out 50 inch tvs because of a tear in the box

used like new does not describe damaged

used like new means it's been looked after and therefore is in a new condition which it obviously cannot be if it's damaged or described as damaged.

Well mine arrived yesterday which was advertised as having a mark on the front and bottom. Came with all protective coatings still on it and I've looked hard and can't find a single mark anywhere on it. Had instructions, original packaging, box and remote control but no batteries.

It could be sold as new as far I'm concerned, nowt up with it. Picture quality is superb, speakers are absolutely shocking though but I hooked it up to my surround sound system fine so no need to use them luckily! If you didn't have surround sound you'd struggle to cope with the speakers, really are terrible!
