I needed a computer for eldest child (so I could get mine back!). This looks like a great deal for a quality laptop. I got a dual core pentium (T3400 2.16Ghz) with 2Gb RAM, 160Gb hard drive for £276.58 delivered - cheaper than I could find on eBay. The pricing seems to be a bit random - I thought it was worth paying an extra tenner for more RAM and a better processor.

Ordered it at the weekend - arrived today and was in a security-sealed Toshiba retail box. Completely unblemished - I can't believe that it has ever been used. It's the second refurb laptop I've had from Big Pockets - the other one (a Gateway of all things) is still going strong 18 months in despite the best efforts of wife and children!

There's only a 3 month RTB warranty but Tosh are a good manufacturer (I work for a manufacturing company - we use Tosh and <> and the Toshes tend to survive use and abuse best) so hopefully if it works for 3 months it'll carry on for a good while after.

Never posted a 'deal' before so apologies if this looks terrible!

I've never had a problem with them.
Only ever bought small items, DVDs etc but never any problems.
[FONT=Verdana]I had purchased an HP laptop off them, which was unfortunately faulty from the shipping - they were quite good in organising a pick-up and a refund (they didn't have any others in stock at the time) but note that you need to communicate with them via their ticket system (there is no phone number you can use).

Cheers, Scotty Boy!
