It looks a good TV, but you can pick up decent Hitachi or Samsung 32" LCDs for £50 at John Lewis with a free 5-year warranty.

50 quid?!

toshibas are gret tvs!
I bought one of these from Amazon about two months ago and I think it's a great telly for the price, only down side for me was that I got some vibration, which could have been because I put it on a glass tv stand, I bought an Orbitsound bar three weeks ago and I now have an acceptable system which looks good and sounds good.
This TV is usually 299 from amazon

same price from dixons plus quidco
seems expensive

I saw your post, assuming you meant 50 quid MORE..... and was looking to knock it down in flames.... but you are RIGHT!

Having had a DUD Hitachi CRT as my previous CRT TV (and a dud 5 year warranty on it as Allders went bust!) I wouldn't touch one with a flamethrower, but the Samsung has got me wondering!

Rep added!
I actually meant £350, my mistake. But the point stands that for an extra £40 you can get a 5-year warranty from a reputable retailer on a perfectly good LCD TV.
Great another price increase :(
Great another price increase :(

Of course, Christmas is coming.. :x
This is also £299 at asda and Richersounds, and Richer also have the LG 32LB75 and the Samsung LE32B350 at £299 aswell
