I bought mine from amazon warehouse deals. It was listed as "used-like new" , and came just like new still with a sticker on the frame promoting the TV's features ( metabrain etc).

Its a great TV for this money. The standard definion quality is the best i have seen on an LCD ( the resolution+ feature really is brilliant)

What's the warranty on Warehouse deals? I was looking at monitors but there’s no point in buying if the warranty is not the same as from new.

Only 90 days so not good deals, for monitors anyway:

"if an electronics item is defective (other than as disclosed in the description of the item in Warehouse Deals' Marketplace listing), you may return it to us within 90 days for a full refund of the purchase price (including postage and packing) and your return postage."

I purchased this TV brand new just under a month ago. I returned it within a couple of days and received a replacement which is also going back (on Tuesday). Both have sound problems when connected to Blue Ray player through HDMI. Have since seen lots of forums with same issue so very good luck to all ye who wish to try. When I get my money back I will purchase either Sony, Samsung or LG. Hope this helps!

I guess this makes this deal lukewarm. 100 quid off the price Amazon used to sell it for, to get an item that is most likely (esthetically) not perfect and has basically no warranty...

This deal stinks

Mine came with the Toshiba warranty card in the box.
The "used-as new" ones are the best to go for ( when i looked there was one available at the price listed).

These are going to be customer returns returned under the distance selling regulations. Amazon don't resell them as new like some other retailers.
