Now, is this a core duo, or a core 2 duo?

"Intel Core Duo Processor T2050 1.6 GHz"

Says it in the description. The T2050 is a Core Duo. Confused description from the seller, don't know what they are talking about. Not a bad price though.
Hmm, not too sure.

That was in the e-mail though.

Ahhh damn, that's a shame. Voted expired as not a good deal!
Its not a terrible deal, just a warm deal. Doing a quick froogle suggests its a decent price for that set up.

The Dell Deal from earlier has the same processor , for comparison. it also had more Ram.
A bit harsh spuddy. The chip names are too similar for easy id. Not everyone has the inclination to study these matters. That's why forums of knowledge sharing like this one are so useful.

The same Core Duo set up was around in early Jan. for about £400. I got one myself and am very happy with it.

I wasn't getting at the OP.

"Confused description from the seller, don't know what they are talking "

That was aimed at CCL computers not Chrishyder. The company should know the difference between the processors. As I already said still not a bad price.
My mistake.

My mistake.

NP my bad sentence construction.
