Reasons for cold, if you think it's s**t then fair play, thats your opinon but please leave a reason, so we can debate the deal.
To many times this is the case in recent months on here cold then when asked to explain people come up with LAME reasoning.
If your gonna vote cold, back up your choice!
#3
can you cancel after 3 months and still get the blu-rays???

Totally agree.

Too many with their fingers on the cold button for no good reason these days.

Hot.

Gets a hot from me, just hope I get the DVD's.
I opened a link through Quidco first - just hoping....
#13
Careful, if you go through they're site it says ** next to the 8.99 quaterly options -

Direct Debit purchases have to be bought individually and minimum subscription term is 12 months

I always though DDebit was "cancel any time you like". Perhpas you can but have to return the gifts, I dunno
#14
forgive me for being so dull, but are you saying that you get them 2 blue ray movies to keep?

if so then this is a very hot deal IMO :whistling:
#15
doh,,,,just signed up.... forgot quidco or topcashback.com another fiver back
#16
Just ordered...will cancel within the first 60 days as it says in their money back guarantee...
HOT deal :)
Thanks!

How is Total Film? Really gotten back into my films recently and would love a monthly mag to keep me updated...
#18
Looks like a good deal. Go via Quidco for £7. However, the offer doesn't showup when you go via Qudco. You can always cut and paste the link once you are in the myfavourite magazines web site. Not sure if Quidco will work if you do this.

Also, is Ghost Rider on Blu Ray as well?. The offer says "Ghost Rider & Surfs Up Blu Ray". I guess it could mean only Surfs Up is on Blu Ray.

terms and cons are here :

http://www.myfavouritemagazines.co.uk/store/custompage.asp?customid=318

looks like you get 60days to cancel
#20
cheers:thumbsup:
#21
Gave it a try with quidco. Can always cancel if I don't like it or it does not track.

Not nearly as good as Empire IMHO. I find their reviews section a little bit predictable, and there are rarely any really interesting or innovative features in it. However ....it is a good deal based on the offer here and if all you are after is an easy, undemanding read with news on latest releases, then it should be fine for you. If you want something more cutting edge, and reviews with a tad more credibility, I would go for Empire....

Hope this is of some use (and I dare say somebody on here will bite back and totally disagree with what I have said anyway...)

Voted Hot, as in the spirit it was posted, thats what it is!

I signed up for this a couple of weeks ago now, anyone know when we are likely to get the discs?
#24
They've taken the first DD from my bank account but no sign of any discs or mags yet.
#25
I've had a DD taken from my account too, but that could be the T3 (HDMI cable) one reactivated by taking this deal.
Has happened to me in the past - you need to rotate bank accounts.
#26
i have just had my dd taken also. just gotta wait and see what happens.
#27
they took DD from me too
no mag, no Blu Rays as of yet though.
#28
Has anyone received the blurays yet?
#29
Got my mag this morning but no BD.

Hmmm....
#30
my mag arrived today
still no Blu-Rays
thinking I may not unwrap the mag, that way if the BD's don't arrive they can have the lot back and refund me.
#31
Same here. Got the magazine today. No Blurays yet....
I´ll call them and ask what´s going on
#32
Let us know how you get on please.
#33
Will do,
sent an email a few hours ago and if I don´t hear anything by next week I´ll call.
I hate hotlines, especially the ones that aren´t free LOL
#34
Conditions state that you have to allow up to 28 days, from taking out the subscription, for any gifts to arrive. Just have a little patience. If nothing has arrived by then give them a call.
#35
Thanks for letting me know.
Haven´t seen that in their T & C´s :)

Will wait then and i guess they´ll arrive sooner or later
#36
i got my first copy yesterday, sean connery version too.
#37
Received a letter today from Total Film telling me they had overwhelming response on this offer and had ran out of stock of discs, and were waiting on a new order arriving. Should receive within 28days.
#38
Anyone else had a letter or any films?
I've had neither.
#39
I got this email reply yesterday

Thank you for your recent email. Firstly, please accept my apologies for any confusion or inconvenience caused. I can confirm your gift has been ordered. However, please be advised these are limited (as advertised) and due to the high level of demand we are unable to guarantee the receipt of the offer. If successful you should receive this within 28 working days. I trust this has clarified the situation. Should you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact me.

I don't think they will be sending out any free DVDs.
Glad I didn't take up the offer.
