You can buy the better spec'd C500 at Homebase for £52 and in some Homebase's £48... but the choice is yours

That's just for one I believe, not a pair

That's a hell of deal then. I think the C500 is discontinued, so they're maybe clearing stock. I wish I had a Homebase near me, I'd have some more!

Aye, but all the wording refers to a single item, and the photo is the standard stock photo for a single. But if you bought them yourself, then that's another matter.

Not looking for an argument or anything, but it doesn't show two- it shows one, expanded and collapsed- its the stock photo. Vendors selling a two-pack usually use a photo of two stood up and clearly state its a twin pack. The wording refers to the product in the singular, and states two can be used to make a table, which would be queer wording if two were included- it would most likely say "they". There's also a paragraph before that that you didn't copy over, which refers to it in the singular three times.
The description, incidentally, is lifted straight from Toughbuilt's website.

Like I say, I'm not wanting to argue, but if people get the impression that when they see this photo and description they will be getting two, they will be disappointed. The C500 never sold for £52 a pair at RRP, and its replacement, the C550, is about £45 for one. I'm not disputing you paid that price for two, but I think you dropped on, they aren't normally that cheap.

I still have the box, it says two, I removed two from the box and use two C500 (a two lengths of timber) to make a level table. It's two.

But please feel free to buy the ones you've posted its still a good deal if you don't have a Homebase close. But its 2!
