Why dont you send them back when you get them or cancel the order
These homeplugs do absolutely nothing to improve Internet connection speed, if you're using wifi and the connection is poor then these will help. All these homeplugs do is allow you to extend the range of your Ethernet ports (via your mains electricity cabling) located on the rear of your router.

Why would she/he? Amazon have refunded the difference?
Either way, Amazon for me as I've got a £10 voucher.
Its full duplex so they claim 100Mbps going in each direction makes them capable of 200Mbps
try changing the channel on your hub via http://192.168.0.1/ or change the speed down to 240mbps (or whatever the second highest speed is. could be 180mbps)
