I came across this plan from TPO mobile today after comparing it with a few others like ID, Talk Talk, Three, Life.

TPO are offering 50% off their first month on their £10 plan 30-day SIMO plan.

1 month SIM Only contract - 300 minutes, unlimited texts, 2GB of data for £5 in the first month and then it goes up to £10 a month.

Here is the page straight to the deal: http://thepeoplesoperator.com/sim/paym/orderdetails/86

Looking at their site all the plans also give 10% of a customer phone bill to charity.

Worst telecom company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with!

Worse than Vodafone? They're all bad to different people I think?
#3
They were giving free sim cards with free data during London Marathon.

Jumped on a brand new £6.99 deal a few months ago - jumped up to £10 with a worse package 3 months later - left.

Bait and switch.

Even the 10% charity donation has strings attached, too.

Personally, for a budget SIMO deal, I think ID are fine. We have two ID SIMs in our household.

Never had any problems with them. And they gave me extra data when I run out

Did the same to me. Unethical. I really empathised with the charity thing too, so there was a degree of irony.

Yes I took this when they were using EE and then said moving to 3 because they offered them and so it's customers much better value for money.....then hiked the price. Did ask the obvious question of how is it better value if it costs more but just met with ' you want to leave then'. Switched to ID who so far have been faultless
