The Telegraph & Argus has teamed up with National Express East Coast to bring you an amazing rail offer for travel this spring.

There are thousands of discounted advance fares available just for you, such as Bradford to London, Edinburgh or Glasgow for just £10 one-way in Standard Class or to Peterborough for just £8.

There are many other great National Express East Coast destinations available from Bradford. To check the fares and availability, please click on the following link:

http://www.nationalexpresseastcoast.com/telegraphandargusmarch

Enter your journey details and the 'lowest fare finder' will guide you to the best available price for your journey.

To qualify for these extra-special fares, you need to collect six tokens from the Telegraph & Argus. One token will be printed every day from now until Thursday, March 26, 2009. What's more, with one set of tokens up to four people can travel together.

DATES OF TRAVEL

You can travel up until Friday, May 29, 2009, for travel on off-peak services with limited availability on Friday and Sunday afternoons.

Seats are subject to availability and bookings must be made at least seven days in advance, so please book early to avoid disappointment.

At such great prices we are expecting a high response with the biggest demand for travel at weekends, so if you can travel mid-week you will have more choice.

The following dates are excluded from the promotion:

# Easter, from Thursday, April 9 to Tuesday, April 14, 2009

# Mayday, from Friday May 1 to Monday, May 4, 2009

# Spring Bank Holiday, from Friday, May 22 to Monday, May 25, 2009

To give you greater choice and flexibility all advance tickets are sold as single fares, allowing you to choose the lowest available prices for every stage of your journey. This means you can select the reader offer fare on the outward journey and, if the return train of your choice is unavailable, you can select the best fare shown. This mix and match option will give you even greater opportunities to travel at a great price.

Please note that engineering work may take place on some weekends during this promotion and it may affect journey times. Information will be available from the website at the time of booking.

HOW TO BOOK

To book these fares please click on the following link:

http://www.nationalexpresseastcoast.com/telegraphandargusmarch

This will direct you to the National Express East Coast Reader Offer welcome page, which will guide you through the simple booking instructions. This offer cannot be booked by phone or at stations and please note you cannot access the reader offer booking pages through Google or similar search engine.

When you travel you must take your tickets and tokens with you. You will be asked to produce the tokens for inspection on the train.

Bookings close at midnight on Tuesday, March 31, 2009. Please book early to avoid disappointment. Bookings can be made before you have collected all tokens but you MUST have the appropriate number of tokens to be able to travel.

If you are unable to present the tokens when requested you will be liable to pay the balance of the full fare for the journey. This applies to each ticket booked under the offer.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In addition to the National Rail Conditions of Carriage, the following conditions apply:

Offer is only available to holders of the appropriate number of tokens; these must be taken on the journey for inspection on the train. If you are unable to present the tokens when requested you will be liable to pay the balance of the full fare for the journey, this applies to each ticket booked under the offer.

Bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance and can only be purchased on-line at http://www.nationalexpresseastcoast.com/telegraphandargusmarch

Major credit, debit and charge cards are accepted. Once a booking is made no refunds or changes will be allowed.

Travel is only permitted on the National Express East Coast service on which you are reserved; no break of journey is allowed, except to change to/from connecting trains where these are shown on your ticket or itinerary.

There's a reason why National(ised) Express are now paid for by your taxes - they are absolutely awful.
Lost count of the horror stories just getting to and from airports on their coaches, EVERY time. The staff (always more than one, none giving you any help) at Gatwick airport sitting feet from where their coaches stop having no idea when or if a coach has been or gone or just plain lying.

Get a bargain if you can, don't expect them to honour it. I'd never travel National Express unless no choice...
