I have no intention of ever playing this, but it's going in the collection regardless.

thought this is easy to replicate oneself; draw up a list of reasons used by train companies for operational delays/cancellations- throw dice at start of each day and read out the appropriate reason sorry excuse...and then make up a figure for how much the ticket is. What more does a simulation need to cover? Simulate a strike by not bothering with this process on some days...

Thanks OP, bought - I plan to play this on the train with my laptop.

Might even try play the same route my train is taking. Would definitely kill time on the long journey...

    As standard for Train simulator

Also Isle of Wight always reminds me of this!

    Both NSFW.

^^ This, it's like a Pick n' Mix bundle, click/highlight the game images you want to add to the bundle, the more you add, the more it costs.

    Bonus games are already highlighted

To be a true simulation it would need to cost you £50 X)

I know that I'm not the only person to say "Why do I visit this site and buy things I don't need because they are such a bargain?". But I had to buy this, I love trains and it's such a bargain. Great post and found the comments really useful. Thanks everybody. Heat added.

After getting my key from Groupee do I then create a steam account which will then allow me to download the program using the key I bought from Groupee? Thnx

Yeah. Download Steam and make an account. Then in the top left of steam choose "Games". Then choose "Activate a product on Steam". Enter the key and the game will be added to your library.

all those DLC are included in a single key with the game?

The DLC comes with the game as standard. Its the base package no matter where you get it, so it is d/l with the game.
I believe the TS2014 update will add Hamburg - Hanover and London - Faversham to your list of routes

I'd never of believed it but I just spent the last hour doing a London morning commuter run and it was excellent! Keeping to the speed limit and especially nailing the train station just right is all nerve racking stuff. On my first real decent run I missed two stations lol but apart from that my passengers had 100% comfort level and I was within 1 minute of each ETA once I worked out which stations you were supposed to stop at.

The detail is superb. I saw a little dude picking up boxes in a fork lift truck over in a factory yard as I whizzed by at 90mph.

Few niggles though, it's a shame the people don't actually get on the train, they just kinda fade in. Kinda ruins the realism but very impressed over all. I'll be back for more and looking forward to taking on the career option and see what that offers.

The collectors box set for that looks amazing! A free yellow cagoule, a tupperware container with 4 soggy cheese and lettuce sandwiches in, a Thermos of stewed tea and a dog eared Network Rail timetable.

    Pretty sweet!
