Due to the chilly response there is obviously somewhere cheaper to get this from, could anyone let me know where. :?

Thanks for your help. :)

Seems like a reasonable deal to me, people just vote cold because they are miserable and have nothing better to do.

Movietyme is a US company though, if you are ordering this for Christmas are you going to trust Royal Mail with 3 weeks left? I know goods under £18 are exempt from duty but they can still be checked by customs and delayed. Personally I would rather have my copy shipped from within the UK.

"Personally I would rather have my copy shipped from within the UK"

ME TOO!!

Thats why i ordered my copy from movietyme, although they are a usa company they bulk ship their stock to their UK warehouse, ALL movietyme discs are shipped from inside the UK, and take between 4-5 days for delivery!
They also have a same day dispatch section mon-fri if ordered before 4pm UK time!

They also ship on average about 2 weeks before the USA street date, with new films!

So there is never any worry about import tax or customs.
Also check out their blog for special offers ... http://movietyme.blogspot.com/

Thanks for that Herby. Never heard of these people before but there are a few items of interest there so I'll compare some prices before I order from Amazon.Com or Deep Discount DVD - it's always the postage from the US that is a killer.

Cheers:thumbsup:

They must lie on their own website then..... considering their offices are in Philly.

Of course they lie thats how they slip throught the VAT loophole.

They ship to themselves in the UK then just drop them in the UK postal service. Their shipping time from the US is nothing like the normal postal times you would get buying from say Amazon.com.

I've ordered most of my HD DVDs from Movietyme as well as DS games, in general I'm happy with them as their prices are usually reasonable, they include shipping and they usually send me a discount voucher after purchases as well.

The only problem with them is they don't list how much stock on their website nor will they let you know if they are out of stock, you just have to wait until it comes back into stock. This can mean an unexpected delay which Movietyme do nothing to inform you of, it's worth e-mailing and checking stock first if it's an item you need sooner rather than later.
