As we live on the North coast of Scotland these deals are great, as can get away for a fraction of the price, and so many great places to go. Mind you, I live in Nairn and with a beach as amazing as ours only be travelling to do shopping lol

Well, that is my problem with it - but I suppose you could use it to line a catbox or something after you cut out the tokens. :whistling:

Best not make a joke in here, get attacked by the Scottish nationalists:p

Anyway it sounds like a hot deal:thumbsup:, although depends on how much the fare would be originally!.

I travel rather regularly from Dunfermline to Aberdeen return, off-peak day return for that is about £42.00. Day return to Edinburgh from here is more like £7.00, so YMMV.

Has anybody that has taken up this offer 'not' been asked to show the token coupon when travelling? I have booked online with the promo code and have since stupidly lost the coupon that is required to be shown with the ticket however im hoiping that this is not a widely known requirement and my inspector will not notice and let it slip or can be convinced,

What do you all reckon??
#38
I too cannot find the paper tokens. Will the train conductor demand these if the purchase has been completed online?

Thanks,
Martin
