Free C&C.

This lightweight waterproof Trespass jacket is great for rainy Britain. The outer fabric is waterproof to 3000mm and the seams have been taped to further prevent rain from getting in your jacket. The adjustable concealed hood is also a great feature, which you can hide away when you're not using it.

I have got two of the women ones and these are great jackets. Mine have been well worn and are really waterproof, not too thick and heavy but not really lightweight pac a mac either and it does keep you warm. The Velcro cuffs are also good also the zipped pockets. Thank you ssc1 just ordered one for other half.

Does anyone know how sizes come up on trespass clothing? Is it a real XL or just a large?

I am not sure about the men sizing, woman's seem pretty much the correct sizing.
http://www.argos.co.uk/wcsstore/argos/argosincludes/clothing/clothing_size_guide.html might help.

I've owned several Trespass rain wear. They have no breathability and you soon get wet with sweat.

Ive got one, its a real XL...not the smartest and not really packable, but, as said, relatively warm and can handle any rain!

I agree about the 'sweaty' comment. But it is as cheap as chips and almost disposable at this price. I have used them for years, and since losing a bit of weight the 'sweatiness' has lessened. Have some sweaty heat for the price.:D

I'm thin and would still sweat doing moderate walking wearing this 100% polyester jacket. But this would keep you dry just standing in the rain.

Yeah - voted cold. Nowhere near as good as a £150 North Face

Maybe a GP appointment is required for a check, many reasons for you to be experiencing your excessive sweating. I walked for well over 2 hours last Saturday on a pretty hilly walk with this jacket on, and was a bit too hot, but never sweating too much.

Not being snide, out if curiosity, why would you buy the next one if the first one is like that? Which other qualities of the jackets make it buy-able?

Can't go wrong??
Why on earth would you buy a waterproof jacket knowing full well you would get p1ss wet inside, even if it were only a pound?
Like ron77 and I'm sure many others, I have a Trespass waterproof jacket, though not this one and can't wear it 'cos you sweat buckets inside.
...and I do mean "buckets", so much so that free water is running down the sleeves and dripping out of the cuffs!
I'd never buy or recommend Trespass clothing.

For those complaining about sweat, I can heartily recommend this antiperspirant. It's pretty extreme. Make sure you hairdry your pits before you put it on though, or it'll sting a lot. Also, the seller is good

I'm a fat sweaty bloke and find there jackets fine....although it's boosted my self esteem knowing I'm not the only fat sweaty bloke here. ...only I don't blame my jackets.....look there 9.99....I know what people mean yes if your rushing around or doing physical stuff you may get a bit moist but seriously running out the end of the sleeves !!!??? .....please recommend something better for 9.99?

I use waterproof s at work and find the same problem but I would say it's more to do with condensation on the inside as your body heat is trying to dissipate against cold material worse when it rains as it's colder, as only my outer clothing becomes damp.

No breathability and yet you bought several. Either they are cheap or u are

Bought last time they were listed on here. £12 I think. Great quality for the price. Have some (_;)

Large is OOS everywhere in East London.

XL out of stock locally for me but still a hot deal. I broke my last one, stitching came out under the arm pit (must buy stronger deodorant) and I've no clue how to fix it on that material. For £10 it's not even worth fixing so I'll keep an eye on stocks locally.

I've only bought 2 and that's when they were on offer, a basic one like this one and one next up in the range (the corvo) which was marketed as being breathable but I found wasn't. I sent this back to amazon for a refund. I've had basic Trespass rain overtrousers which were adequate but still had no breathabilty.

Look at Regatta outlet for decent quality gear that lasts well. Had a few things from Trespass and never been that convinced by them. My regatta stuff however...had for years and does great.

Just had to return a 'The North Face' jacket that I bought for my Grandson after it started to fall apart after less than two weeks. It cost 60 quid!!
My Trespass jacket has lasted me years, in all weathers. Pay for the label, what a joke as the label started to fall off! He now has a 'The North Ace' jacket.
