Ive added HOT!! Home bargains are always selling these-sometimes for a mere shilling! I( dont think they actually sell many at full price ,where I work ,and other supermarkets though, which is why they always end up as excess stock at home bargains) x:thumbsup:

Already posted and been that price for a long time now.

Tried both - I prefer peppermint as it freshens your breath. But the tropical is nice.

[translation: the chewiness in this gum is from bones, hooves , cartliage and other such delights!]

Gelatine isn't listed in the ingredients. And it says "suitable for vegetarians" on the pack. Where do the cow bones come in??:?

err no, while it is hardly all natural (mostly a synthetic rubber made from a petrolium distilate with some wax added for softness) it contains no animal products. If you are going to troll a thread you should check your facts first.

If it is the same as the trident splash they were selling it is cheap because the expiration date is a few months off. Still fine to chew but explains why they got it at cost.

always grab a handful whenever i'm in HB, old deal but i always vote hot because it is! filled up for petrol today and they were selling these at 89p! :w00t:

The corrent R.R.P is actually 69p not 79p . . . Thats the price which is on the label at HB... I always buy into these deals as they are not hard to store and they dont really have an expiry date. The Huddersfield branch had a full shelf full although I ended up buying 60 packs for good measure..

They had the 3 packs for 29p at Home Bargains in Doncaster. I have had one of my daughters tropical tridents and it was okay but in my opinion chewing gum should be mint. I would rather my breath smell fresh than like a fruit bowl.

Trident definately have gelatine in their products.... maybe not in all of them, but definately in the Trident splash (i just read it on the ingredients of both strawberry & lime and Apricot & Apple flavours)!

Easy there :p

It is the liquid inside "splash" that has gelatine. "Soft" doesn't.
